When Governor Hogan’s initial stay-at-home orders went out, a local health system needed CTS to respond quickly. Grappling with the challenge of keeping their administrative staff safe while continuing to care for patients, they asked our team to mobilize 200 of their key personnel to work from home ASAP.

Our customer support team and technicians worked around the clock to coordinate licenses and deploy apps that would support our client’s immediate need to extend office communications and collaboration tools to hundreds of smartphone and laptops. In addition, CTS deployed a Remote Call Center and Technology Help Desk supporting the Health system’s Central Billing office.
