Customer Service Representatives

Job functions:

  • Answer service calls and greet our customers warmly
  • Address concerns received via phone and email, including Service and MAC Requests
  • Clarify customer issues, open, maintain and update customer account records in our Customer Support System
  • Coordinate with the Scheduling Manager and assist the Service Manager as needed
  • Make follow up calls to assess customer’s satisfaction and ensure resolution
  • Some filing will be needed


  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listener
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Computer skills

Account Executive

Looking for professional, personable and goal-oriented sales person to join our Anne Arundel County based Voice and IT company. Actively market to self generated and company provided leads within the Washington, DC and Baltimore metro areas. Concentration is in the higher end SMB market place with additional opportunities in Enterprise and Municipalities. Must have proven track record of solutions selling.
