NEC has announced that they are phasing out their on-premises phone systems and support.

This decision affects three phone system models: NEC SL2100, NEC SV9100, and NEC 3C.

NEC has set the following important dates for this transition:

• End of New Deliveries – December 31, 2024 (last date to order new systems)
• End of Shipment – March 31, 2025 (last date NEC will ship ordered hardware)
• End of Service – March 31, 2026 (end of technical support from NEC)
